A large portion of the things on here were transferred in some manor to his later projects such as The College Dropout and Graduation. Similarly, it displays an even split of his production style and his rapping talents. Kanye’s second edition of the unofficial Freshmen Adjustment series is just as consistent as the first one. It’s really just a little more than slightly worse version of the College Dropout. There are a ton of mediocre songs, and I might be hyping it up more than I should, but it’s still a pretty solid project. There are a bunch of parts where fans can see where some verses or song ideas derived from. This project is literally golden, the old sound and future potential of Kanye being shown throughout. Freshmen Adjustment, unlike Kanye’s previous 2 mixtapes isn’t just a compilation of snippets from songs he produced along with a bunch of bangers it’s just a bunch of bangers. I’m not sure why this is only my first time stumbling across this project.
